An illustration from a photo I took at Kiryat Sanz (Netanya), Israel in 2012. The men were being timed by a rabbi with a stopwatch (he's not in the painting). There is a very strict process for making this matzah. It is baked in a wood fired oven. Happy Passover (Passover starts at sunset on April 14, 2014)
