Artist's Description
We were on tour in Alberta, Canada and the Elks were wandering around across the street from the cabins. On one of my social media sites, someone suggested the theme of "Gathering" and I thought of the photo I had taken. I had a 16 X 20 board available so I took out my oil paints. It was harder than I thought to paint the animals.
