Artist's Description
I had taken photos of the Mediterranean Sea from Caesaria several years ago. I had already used one as an abstract image done on Yupo paper for a Bible verse (available on this site as "Genesis" - under Inspirational gallery). I decided to make something more realistic while I was in my oil painting class this year. I finished it after the class was already done. I love seeing the different colors of the seas and oceans when I travel, very different from the Atlantic Ocean as seen along the coast in New Hampshire.
